Our AromaFusion Gel Shots are 40 grams in weight and will give you at least 62 hours burn time - the best time to remove your gel melt is when you feel you can longer smell the fragrance.

We recommend you flip your gel shot wax in between burns (once the gel has cooled) as this disperses the scent evenly.

Well, the size of your room and your burner. Which isn’t a problem because we've got a diverse range of wax melts to accommodate different sizes. And when it comes to scents, we've got you covered with options for that too, catering for both small or larger areas.

The differences between the various wax melts in our range:

Shimmer Melt Bars (55g)

Our delightful Melt Bars are packed with fragrance and can last up to an impressive 60 hours. By taking just one segment from our five segment bars or two segments from the 10 segmented ones, you can enjoy the scent for up to 12 hours. We recommend using these bars in warmers or burners that have a large or deep dish to prevent any overflowing or damage.

Galaxy Snap Bars (90g)

The Galaxy Snap Bars are true stars in the world of wax melts. These generous bars are packed full of fragrance and can offer a scent throw that lasts up to an amazing 95 hours. The most common design has 24 snappable squares, perfect for smaller warmers or burners. To create the perfect ambiance, we recommend using 3 to 5 squares, depending on the size and depth of the dish. Each individual square lasts up to 2 hours. The other designs that don’t have thew squares, we suggest using a knife or one of our wax cutters to cut the bar into 6 sections lengthwise. Each section will then equal 3 to 5 squares.

Mini Dinos & Teddy Bears (95g)

Looking for an adorable addition to your melting experience? Our Mini Dinos and Teddy Bears are just what you need! These charming melts can be used in any size warmer or burner. Melting five to seven of them at once will release their delightful scent for up to 8 hours. The entire jar or refill bag of Minis can release your fragrance for up to 100 hours!

Mini Birthday Tubs (140g)  [Release Date - 01 September 2023]

Our Mini Tubs offer a unique melting experience, allowing you to customise the amount of wax you use in your warmer or burner. With a knife or one of our wax cutters, you can cut or shave the desired amount from the block of wax. The total amount of wax you use is completely up to you! These Mini Tubs of Wax can last up to an impressive 150 hours, ensuring that your space will be embraced by delightful scents for a long time.

Sample Hearts (160g per Box/20 individual hearts)

Want to try out a fragrance before committing to a full-sized wax melt? Our Sample Hearts are perfect for discovering new scents. With 4 hearts that can last up to a total of 35 hours per scent choice, and lasting up to 175 hours per Sample Box, giving you plenty of time to fall in love with the aroma before exploring more options from our wax melt range.

WHAT MAKES GEL WAX MELTS DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL WAX MELTS?
Our Gel Wax Melts have a longer burn time due to the higher melting point of the wax. This means less time changing wax when ours can be remelted and enjoyed over and over again! 

HOW EASY ARE GEL WAX MELTS TO REMOVE FROM A BURNER?
Our Gel Melts are super easy to remove from burners as they set in gel form. Yes, that means no scraping old wax from your burner - Our Gel Melts simply peel straight out, no mess or fuss!

HOW LONG DOES EACH GEL WAX MELT LAST FOR?
One 40g shot pot gel wax melt can last up to 45 hours.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REMELT A GEL WAX MELT?
They can be remelted as many times as you like.

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR GEL WAX MELT BEFORE THE SCENT HAS GONE?
Yes, once cooled you can simply peel your Gel Wax Melt from the burner and put it back into their original pots ready to be melted again.

SHIPPING

Orders will typically leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days from the order date, although in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay.

To obtain the most up-to-date information on estimated dispatch dates, please refer to the product pages, which we regularly update. If you are purchasing a gift or require the order by a specific date, we recommend checking the estimated dispatch date before placing your order. 

We ship Monday to Friday. Once your order has been booked onto the courier, we will promptly send you a tracking number via email. While we will typically use NZ Post to ship all orders, we reserve the right to use any carrier. 

Upon booking your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information. We will also forward any delivery messages we receive to the courier driver via the delivery notes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the drivers will act on written requests, as we do not have control over their actions.

In addition, please note that rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered, typically adding an extra 1-2 days to the delivery time frame. As such, we recommend allowing for additional time when placing orders to rural addresses. 

Please ensure that you carefully check your shipping address when placing your order, as orders are printed and sent using the details that the customer has entered. If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is shipped.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

AtMelt my Heart, we take pride in producing handcrafted products that are unique and may have slight variations between batches and individual items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

Please note that if you are returning the product due to a change of mind, such as not liking the scents you have chosen, the return postage costs will be your responsibility. However, if the items are defective, such as a lack of scent on inspection or due to breakage during transit, we will refund the return postage costs.

We want you to be aware that a minority of people may be less susceptible to some scents, and we cannot guarantee that all scents will suit everyone.

If you are eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or a store credit can be issued. Please let us know your preference when you initiate the return process.
