Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee, and you can also include a personalized message with your gift box at no extra cost. Simply add a note during the checkout process and we will include it with your gift box.

SHIPPING POLICY

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

We offer a maximum flat rate of $7.95 for Nationwide Shipping, with the exception of Rural areas, which are charged at $10.75. This ensures that you know exactly what you'll be paying for shipping, without any surprises.

FREE SHIPPING:

Spend $75 or more, and you'll qualify for free shipping. It's our way of rewarding you for your larger orders and making your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

DISPATCH TIME:

All orders are typically dispatched within two - three business days. However, please note that on rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take up to 5 days for your order to be shipped. Rest assured that if there are any significant delays beyond this timeframe, we will promptly notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

BUSY PERIODS:

During our busiest times of the year, we kindly ask for your patience as dispatch times may be slightly longer. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Once your order has been booked with the courier, we will send you a tracking number via email. This allows you to conveniently monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

COURIER SERVICE:

We entrust the delivery of your orders to NZ Post, a reliable and trusted courier service. They will handle the transportation of your package with care and professionalism.

DELIVERY MESSAGES:

If you have any specific delivery instructions or messages, we will forward them to the Courier Driver through the delivery notes. Please note that while we will do our best to communicate your requests, we cannot guarantee that the drivers will always be able to accommodate them, as this aspect of the delivery process is beyond our direct control.
