Before applying the Dust 'n Vac Carpet Powder to the entire carpet, test it in a small, inconspicuous area to check for any adverse reactions or color fading. Wait for a few minutes and see if the carpet reacts negatively to the powder.

Sprinkle the carpet powder evenly over the carpeted area. Leave the carpet powder on the carpet for 30 minutes, for stronger scent leave the powder longer or even overnight. During this time, keep pets and children away from the treated area.

Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove the powder. Use slow and deliberate strokes to ensure all the powder is removed from the carpet. Multiple passes may be necessary.

Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent clumping or moisture absorption.

Orders will typically leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days from the order date, although in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay.

To obtain the most up-to-date information on estimated dispatch dates, please refer to the product pages, which we regularly update. If you are purchasing a gift or require the order by a specific date, we recommend checking the estimated dispatch date before placing your order.

We ship twice a day, Monday to Friday. Our courier packages are collected from our studio at 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on the same day. Once your order has been booked onto the courier, we will promptly send you a tracking number via email. While we will typically use NZ Post to ship all orders, we reserve the right to use any carrier.

Upon booking your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information. We will also forward any delivery messages we receive to the courier driver via the delivery notes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the drivers will act on written requests, as we do not have control over their actions.

In addition, please note that rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered, typically adding an extra 1-2 days to the delivery time frame. As such, we recommend allowing for additional time when placing orders to rural addresses.

Please ensure that you carefully check your shipping address when placing your order, as orders are printed and sent using the details that the customer has entered. If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is shipped.
