Care & use Instructions
Place the warmer on a flat and stable surface, away from flammable materials, and out of the reach of children or pets. Ensure that there is ample space around the warmer for proper ventilation.
Before cleaning the warmer, make sure it is unplugged and has completely cooled down. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the warmer. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or submerging the unit in water.
When changing the scented wax melts, wait until the warmer has cooled down and the wax has solidified. Gently remove the top dish and discard the used wax. Clean the dish with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before adding new wax melts.
Never leave the wax warmer unattended while it is in operation.

ARE THESE PLUGIN?
Our range of electric warmers are completely electric! They come with a power cord and plug suitable for NZ plugs and voltage. Making them safe to use.
ARE THEY EXPENSIVE TO RUN?They use very little voltage to run, and are inexpensive to use. Around 0.05c to 0.10c per hour.
CAN I LEAVE MY WARMER IN ALL DAY?
While it is safe to leave an electric wax warmer on for several hours at a time, it is advisable to exercise caution and avoid leaving it unattended for extended periods.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE WAX IN MY WARMER?
To change the wax melts, wait until the warmer has cooled down and the wax has solidified. Gently remove the top dish or tray, discard the used wax, and clean the dish with warm, soapy water. Rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before adding new wax melts.

Orders will typically leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days from the order date, although in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay.
To obtain the most up-to-date information on estimated dispatch dates, please refer to the product pages, which we regularly update. If you are purchasing a gift or require the order by a specific date, we recommend checking the estimated dispatch date before placing your order.
We ship twice a day, Monday to Friday. Our courier packages are collected from our studio at 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on the same day. Once your order has been booked onto the courier, we will promptly send you a tracking number via email. While we will typically use NZ Post to ship all orders, we reserve the right to use any carrier.
Upon booking your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information. We will also forward any delivery messages we receive to the courier driver via the delivery notes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the drivers will act on written requests, as we do not have control over their actions.
In addition, please note that rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered, typically adding an extra 1-2 days to the delivery time frame. As such, we recommend allowing for additional time when placing orders to rural addresses.
Please ensure that you carefully check your shipping address when placing your order, as orders are printed and sent using the details that the customer has entered. If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is shipped.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
At Melt my Heart, we take pride in producing handcrafted products that are unique and may have slight variations between batches and individual items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
Please note that if you are returning the product due to a change of mind, such as not liking the scents you have chosen, the return postage costs will be your responsibility. However, if the items are defective, such as a lack of scent on inspection or due to breakage during transit, we will refund the return postage costs.
We want you to be aware that a minority of people may be less susceptible to some scents, and we cannot guarantee that all scents will suit everyone.
If you are eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or a store credit can be issued. Please let us know your preference when you initiate the return process.
