Melt My Heart takes great care in crafting our line of wax melts, using a special blend of high-quality fragrance oils and soy wax to provide you with over 60 hours of delightful fragrance per product!

We are committed to sustainability and avoiding plastic packaging. Our wax melts are either wrapped in cellulose film, which is a biodegradable and compostable plastic, or packaged in glass jars.

Our wax melts are not just fragrant, but also visually stunning, featuring shimmering and colorful bits that add a touch of sparkle to your life.

We take pride in our unique blend of soy wax, which we have been using for over six years. Our wax is of the highest grade, 100% biodegradable and cruelty-free, and free of harmful toxins.

Our melts are designed for ease of use. Simply break off a segment or select 5-6 mini teddies or Dinos and place them in your warmer or burner.

Melt My Heart's range of Wax Melts are not only visually stunning and environmentally conscious, but they are also long-lasting and intensely fragrant. You will receive compliments on how amazing your home smells every time you use them!

For an even more enhanced fragrance experience, we also offer a Reed Diffuser or either a Room or Linen Spray that can be added to your home's fragrance range. These products are perfect for those who want to enjoy a continuous scent without having to worry about a flame or heat source.

After each use, make sure to clean the wax melt cutters thoroughly. Use a soft cloth or paper towel to wipe away any residual wax. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the cutter's surface.

Always handle your wax melt cutters with care. Avoid dropping them or subjecting them to any impact or rough handling, as this can result in damage.

SHIPPING

Orders will typically leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days from the order date, although in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay.

To obtain the most up-to-date information on estimated dispatch dates, please refer to the product pages, which we regularly update. If you are purchasing a gift or require the order by a specific date, we recommend checking the estimated dispatch date before placing your order.

We ship twice a day, Monday to Friday. Our courier packages are collected from our studio at 7:30 am and 4:30 pm on the same day. Once your order has been booked onto the courier, we will promptly send you a tracking number via email. While we will typically use NZ Post to ship all orders, we reserve the right to use any carrier.

Upon booking your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include tracking information. We will also forward any delivery messages we receive to the courier driver via the delivery notes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the drivers will act on written requests, as we do not have control over their actions.

In addition, please note that rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered, typically adding an extra 1-2 days to the delivery time frame. As such, we recommend allowing for additional time when placing orders to rural addresses.

Please ensure that you carefully check your shipping address when placing your order, as orders are printed and sent using the details that the customer has entered. If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before your order is shipped.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

At Melt my Heart, we take pride in producing handcrafted products that are unique and may have slight variations between batches and individual items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.

Please note that if you are returning the product due to a change of mind, such as not liking the scents you have chosen, the return postage costs will be your responsibility. However, if the items are defective, such as a lack of scent on inspection or due to breakage during transit, we will refund the return postage costs.

We want you to be aware that a minority of people may be less susceptible to some scents, and we cannot guarantee that all scents will suit everyone.

If you are eligible for a refund, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or a store credit can be issued. Please let us know your preference when you initiate the return process.
